Fuencarral: Lively

This stretch of Fuencarral, now remodeled  with wide sidewalks, has remained a pleasant and joyful ride. On Sundays and holidays the morning was closed to traffic between Bilbao and Quevedo Pavilions. In Fuencarral street you can find a myriad of shops, bars and cinemas. Regarding fashion, modernity and design was pedestrianized in most of its route.

Another part of Fuencarral Street, which is worth mentioning is that runs between the intersection of San Vicente Ferrer and the Glorieta de Bilbao. There stand two iconic buildings: The Court of Auditors of the Kingdom and the former Hospice, today Museum of History (Municipal Museum).

Very near of our apartments is the Plaza de Olavide. A meeting place for lovers of the terraces. Also walking is a great way to enjoy a good atmosphere in the shade of the trees. I would tell you a curiosity about this square: Antonio Vega Nacha Pop wrote “La chica de ayer”. This is an area with a lot of live, a lot of art and a lot of fashion where you can enjoy an unforgettables days in any of our apartments.
