This beautiful and spacious modern apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, adjacent to the Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens. The master suite includes a king size bed and in-suite bathroom.
This 145 m2 apartment has: Living-dining room with kitchenette, a double room with an en-suite bathroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom.
Open-brickwork walls, exposed wooden beams, porcelain floors ... An apartment full of design and good taste with capacity for four people. Open rooms where elements in wood mixed with glass provide much warmth.
Rooms are enlivened with neutral colours, except for small details and furniture with simple lines that combine perfectly.
Located in one of the most historic areas of the capital, Madrid de los Austrias. A charming neighbourhood where you can find great symbols of the city such as the Royal Palace, the Opera House, the Almudena Cathedral and hundreds of restaurants and places with a lot of personality like the Barley Market (Mercado de la Cebada).

Weekly cleaning fee 45,00 € VAT included. (Not included changing of bedlinnen).
Changing of Bedlinnen: 9,68 € VAT included ( Per set of linen).
Service pack of ammenities by L´Occitane 6,05 € VAT included.
Pets are not allowed.
Refundable reservation deposit of 700 euros to be charged at the time of check-in and to be returned once the apartment has been reviewed after cleaning.
For bookings longer than 10 days, weekly cleaning is mandatory.
Please note that the reservation fee includes disinfection and final cleaning of the apartment.
