Available for weekly and monthly rental, the apartment is well communicated and provides comfortable, modern accommodation within walking distance of many of Madrid’s main attractions including the Plaza Mayor and the Palace. Booking fee 150 € VAT included ( includes final cleaning).
Weekly cleaning fee 55,00 € VAT included. (Not included changing of bedlinnen).
Changing of Bedlinnen: 9,68 € VAT included ( Per set of linen).
Service pack of ammenities by L´Occitane 6,05 € VAT included.
Pets are not allowed.
Refundable reservation deposit of 1000 euros to be charged at the time of check-in and to be returned once the apartment has been reviewed after cleaning.
For bookings longer than 10 days, weekly cleaning is mandatory.
Please note that the reservation fee includes disinfection and final cleaning of the apartment.
