This spectacular 130 square metre apartment is located at the end of Gran Via and is just a few metres from the Plaza de España, where you can enjoy wonderful views from the heart of the city or discover some of the best fashion and accessories in the area. This is without a doubt an area where you can enjoy everything that Madrid has to offer, and it is also just a few meters from the Puerta del Sol. The apartment is on the ninth floor (exterior) of the building which means you can enjoy exceptional views of the rooftops of Madrid from your bedroom.

The apartment is decorated to the highest standard. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, armchairs, and a cabinet that holds a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is part of the open plan living/dining area, and it comes with a breakfast bar with two stools. The kitchen is also fully equipped. 

The apartment has three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom also has two bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen TV and is fitted with an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has built-in wardrobes, a desk and chair, bedside tables with lamps and an en suite bathroom with shower. The bathroom is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and two bedside tables with lamps. The master bedroom and the twin room both have French windows that bring plenty of natural light to the rooms, and show off the amazing views from the apartment of Madrid. The entire apartment has wooden floors except for the bathrooms which are tiled. 

The apartment building also has an outdoor terrace and swimming pool that is open during the summer months, as well as a gym.

Services and utilities included in price: Electricity, gas and water up to 250 € per month.

All our rentals include a Luxury complementary set of bathroom amenities. 

Services not included in the price:

Refundable security deposit.

Booking fee 150 €  VAT included ( includes final cleaning).

Weekly cleaning fee 55,00 €  VAT included.  (Not included changing of bedlinnen).

Changing of Bedlinnen: 9,68 € VAT included ( Per set of linen).

Service pack of ammenities by L´Occitane 6,05 € VAT included.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking Conditions

Refundable reservation deposit of 2000 euros to be charged at the time of check-in and to be returned once the apartment has been reviewed after cleaning.

For bookings longer than 10 days, weekly cleaning is mandatory.               

Please note that the reservation fee includes disinfection and final cleaning of the apartment.
