Very well located, in the stately neighborhood of Chamberí, this area is home to some of the best theaters in the city, such as the Canal, the Luchana or the Abadía. As for museums, here coexist from beautiful art galleries like the Sorolla, to less conventional ones like the Geominero or the Andén Cero, which includes a visit to the ghost subway station of Chamberí.

Chamberí has always been known for its traditional taverns. However, in recent years, more and more nouvelle cuisine bars and restaurants have chosen this area to open their doors. And we are not only talking about Ponzano street, a must-visit to try the latest in Madrid´s gastronomy, but also the area around Plaza Olavide, as well as the streets near Alonso Martínez and Castellana.

Services and utilities included in price: 

Electricity, gas and water up to 250 € per month.

All our rentals include a Luxury complementary set of bathroom amenities. 

Booking fee (includes final cleaning).

Services not included in the price:

4% additional for Payments with American Express (Visa and Mastercard have no surcharge)

Weekly cleaning fee 55,00 €  VAT included.  (Not included changing of bed linen).

Bed linen change: 10 € VAT included (Per set of linen)

Complete bed linen change: 15 € VAT included (Bed sheets + towels) 

Pets are not allowed.

Refundable reservation deposit of 1000 euros to be charged at the time of check-in and to be returned once the apartment has been reviewed after cleaning.



Booking Conditions

For bookings longer than 10 days, weekly cleaning is mandatory.               

Please note that the reservation fee includes disinfection and final cleaning of the apartment.
