This three bedroom luxury apartment provides an opportunity to reside in one of Madrid’s most authentic and noble barrios, Chamberí. The building itself is completely new, and enjoys wholly modern installations. It has however been constructed behind the preserved façade of an older building, thus maintaining the neighbourhood’s character. The district of Chamberí is convenient for Madrid’s principal business districts, while enjoying an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, and proximity to the shopping area of Calle Fuencarral. Although this second floor apartment is exterior, with views to the street below, the property offers almost complete silence thanks to excellent sound-proofing. The classic décor, bright white walls and doors, and parquet flooring give an immediate sensation of space and comfort. The fittings throughout are of high quality .

The bedroom III has a trundle bed, with a pullout bed underneath.

This apartment has a large living room and well equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are small however with not a lot of space for moving around if there are two people in the room. The shower was excellent and it has two toilets as well as an ensuite in the main bedroom. The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be too close to the busy city centre. The road outside is fairly quiet and the bedrooms are at the back so no night time noise. There is a metro station close by and several good food outlets. The entry to the flat is by a common secure door and a lift. There is a large tv with a good variety of programmes and some in English which was very useful for our two children.

Amazing stay in Madrid! Absolutely perfect location. Very clean. Very big. And very comfortable.... will definitely stay again when in Madrid next. Highly recommend!!!
