This three bedroom luxury apartment provides an opportunity to reside in one of Madrid’s most authentic and noble barrios, Chamberí. The building itself is completely new, and enjoys wholly modern installations. It has however been constructed behind the preserved façade of an older building, thus maintaining the neighbourhood’s character. The district of Chamberí is convenient for Madrid’s principal business districts, while enjoying an excellent selection of restaurants and bars, and proximity to the shopping area of Calle Fuencarral. Although this fifth floor apartment is exterior, with views to the street below, the property offers almost complete silence thanks to excellent sound-proofing. The classic décor, bright white walls and doors, and parquet flooring give an immediate sensation of space and comfort. The fittings throughout are of high quality .

The bedroom III has a trundle bed, with a pull-out bed underneath.

All our rentals include a Luxury complementary set of bathroom amenities.

The apartment looked great from the photos. However, when we entered the units it was even more stunning. With 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was a lot of space. The living room area was massive and very comfortable. The kitchen was very functional. Location. The unit is just steps from Bilbao metro station so super-convenient for getting anywhere in the city. There is a coffee shop just next door which has a good assortments of pastries. The supermarket (Carreforre) is just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the stay.

The apartment is steps from metro station Bilbao which is a few stops from main stations. Beautiful area with tons of restaurants and bars. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful.

Very spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. We ate at many amazing restaurants in the neighborhood and loved the convenient metro stop. Though lively outside, the apartment was quiet inside. Surprised and happy to have an elevator for elderly family member who traveled with us. We would definately recommend to others.

Thank you for the stay it's was confortable and very Nice! We enjoy it a lot! The appartement is very beautifull, big, clean and very well located. You will find towel, cleaning product, TV , wifi. Ben is very available and answer quickly to your question. They allowed us to leave the flat after the initial Time slot ! Thank you !

This was a great condo. We stayed here for 10 days with our 1 year old, and our in laws. The condo was extremely spacious, and tons of room for the 5 of us. The condo was clean and secure, as well as in an excellent location. The main living room and eating area is at the front of the condo facing the street, with lots of daylight. The three bedrooms all face an internal 'courtyard' area which is extremely quiet (no road noise at all). All of the window have blackout metal shades which allow for great sleeping (especially while adapting to a new time-zone). Also, with the hallway door shut (between the living room and the bedrooms), we were able to have dinner / watch a movie is the main area, with no sound making it to the bedrooms. As for the neighbourhood, it seemed to be very centrally located for what we needed. There was a great grocery in short 10 minute walk. We rented a car for a couple days, and there is a great parking garage within a 5 minute walk. The metro stop is even closer. We also found some great restaurants and shops very close by. Overall, a great condo and a great area. If we ever travel back to Madrid, I would definitely stay here again. We didn't have that much contact with the host while we were there, but that was because it wasn't needed. Communication prior to our stay was excellent, and I'm confident it would have remained excellent if it was required.
