This two bedroom apartment enjoys an excellent location in a building that overlooks the famous Retiro Park, the most popular and widely visited park in Madrid. This area of the city has an wide range of amenities, with many shops and restaurants and the metro station of Retiro next-door. It is also within easy reach of the exclusive Salamanca district.
The neighborhood offers the perfect combination of urban living and access to quiet green spaces. The apartment itself has been recently renovated and is located in the exterior of the building on the third floor. It benefits from professional decoration and quality fittings and furnishings from our own team of designers. The living and dining area have been well planned, with wardrobes that provide additional storage space. Accommodation comprises one double master bedroom and one double bedroom with twin beds. The appliances and fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms are of the highest quality. Both en-suite bathrooms feature a walk-in shower.

All our rentals include a Luxury complementary set of bathroom amenities.

Booking fee 150 € VAT included ( includes final cleaning).
Weekly cleaning fee 55,00 € VAT included. (Not included changing of bedlinnen).
Changing of Bedlinnen: 9,68 € VAT included ( Per set of linen).
Service pack of ammenities by L´Occitane 6,05 € VAT included.

Pets are not allowed..
Refundable reservation deposit of 1000 euros to be charged at the time of check-in and to be returned once the apartment has been reviewed after cleaning.
For bookings longer than 10 days, weekly cleaning is mandatory.
Please note that the reservation fee includes disinfection and final cleaning of the apartment.
